Frequently Asked Questions
My progress was lost. Can I recover it?
Your save is stored locally and backed up to the cloud. After reinstalling on the same device it should restore on first launch. If not, contact us with your device model.
I made a purchase but didn't receive the item.
Open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. If the item still doesn't appear, contact us with your Apple/Google order number.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions & purchases → Report a problem.
How do I delete my data?
In the Profile tab tap Delete My Data. This permanently removes your save and anonymous account. Or email us.
The game crashes on launch.
Restart your device, ensure iOS 15+ or a recent Android version. If the crash continues, email us with device model and OS version.
