This Privacy Policy describes how Towerium ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile game Towerium ("the Game"). By playing the Game you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information required to run the Game:
• Anonymous account identifier (Firebase UID) — on first launch, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous account on your device with a random ID. It is not linked to your name, email, phone, or identity.
• Game save data — progress (waves, shards, relics, upgrades) is stored in Firebase Firestore under your anonymous UID.
• Gameplay events — run start/end, prestige, daily login, upgrade purchases. Used solely for game balance.
• Crash & diagnostic data — error logs to fix bugs. No personal data.
• Local notifications — if you grant permission, the Game schedules on-device reminders for offline rewards. No push tokens are transmitted to a server.
We do NOT collect your name, email, phone, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.
2. How We Use This Information
• To save and restore your progress on the same device
• To understand how players interact with the Game and improve balance
• To diagnose crashes and technical issues
• To schedule local notifications (only with permission)
We do not sell or rent your information. Optional rewarded ads are served by Appodeal under its own policy.
3. Third-Party Services
The Game uses the following services:
• Firebase Authentication, Analytics & Firestore (Google) — anonymous sign-in, analytics, cloud save.
• Appodeal — optional rewarded video ads.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — all in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment details.
4. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was completed — no card data, billing address, or financial info.
5. Advertising
The Game includes only optional rewarded videos for bonuses: 3× speed boost, offline reward boost, post-run shard boost. No banners, no forced interstitials, no ads tied to revives or daily rewards.
6. Data Retention
Save data is retained until you delete it via the in-app option or by email. Analytics events are retained per Google's standard periods (up to 14 months). After account deletion, all Firestore data is removed immediately.
7. Children's Privacy
The Game is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data. The easiest way is the in-app deletion (section 6). For other requests, email us.
9. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Firebase Firestore enforces access rules so each anonymous account can read and write only its own save.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The 'Last updated' date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.

You can delete your anonymous account and all associated game data directly in the app: Profile tab → Delete My Data. This permanently removes your save from Firebase Firestore and deletes the anonymous Firebase account.
